Positive Communication from host was great, E Mails and info for keys etc was spot on for all the answers to questions the family asked. Another positive was there were air conditioning fans in every room, and although the heat was extreme outside, the fans made it cool, it would have been very unpleasant if we did not have these . We had all the amenities that we wanted as described in the advert. Easy access to public transport to the city, walking distance to Bus and Train services, play park for grand daughter nearby. We got the train from Scotland and did not need the car paring space at the property, but it was available and it is a safe area for parking outside. We walked to the Train station at Custom House next to the EX Cell arena, it was pleasant and short distance. There was a local shop across the road for convenience. A small garden to the rear was enclosed and we did see some squirrels running along the fence which amused the Grand Daughter.

Nothing, all was as described and we had no hassle.
