Urban Rest Stratford Apartments

We had a wonderful stay at Urban Rest Stratford Apartments and would highly recommend. From the initial booking and communication to the key collection and access to the apartment, everything was smooth and well organised. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Stratford Underground station and only 2–3 minutes from Westfield Shopping Centre. Central London is easily accessible by direct train in around 20 minutes. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained and finished to a very high standard. The bedrooms were comfortable, the beds were excellent, and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and it was clear that extra care had been taken to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The building also felt very secure, which was particularly reassuring when travelling with family. We were also given access to gym and swimming pool facilities in a nearby building, which were nice. Overall, an excellent experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Urban Rest Stratford Apartments to families and anyone looking for a comfortable, secure and convenient base for exploring London.

There was a minor issue with one of the window locks, which we reported to the team. Although it could not be resolved during our stay, it caused us minimal inconvenience and did not detract from our overall experience, but I would suggest to have on call engineering team if required in those situations Price we paid was slightly on the higher side, we felt it was worth it given the excellent location, spacious accommodation, high standards of cleanliness and comfort, and convenient access to transport and shopping.

The property is strategically located next to Stratford station and many amenities.

The WiFi was badly disrupted and can’t be connected through out the stay.

Had a really nice stay at Urban Rest Stratford. The one-bedroom apartment is super spacious compared to other places nearby. It’s very modern and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Plus, the kitchen has all the right utensils to whip up a decent, simple meal.

My only issues were with building maintenance and hygiene. The B2 garbage room was in poor condition with dozens of flies around the bins. Also, the apartment's pans and cutting boards were deeply scratched upon arrival. Management was quick to provide brand-new kitchenware the same day I reported it and noted they are looking into the garbage room, but housekeeping should ideally replace worn-out cookware before a new guest checks in.
