• ONLY A 2 min walk to tube station if that , the tube station is practically on your doorstep . • Such good value for money ! Very hard to find somewhere with such a reasonable price that has a hot tub and games room anywhere in London ! • Private , the garden has a lock and high fences . Additionally , in the garden - the games room has a shower in so you can get eased and changed before entering the main house • Responsive , reasonable and polite host !

I really can not fault this property at all . Had a lovely stay , that much I even extended an extra day !

Very easy to find, perfect location for what we wanted, shops, a really nice cafe, train station Don't be fooled by the outside (which isn't bad or anything) looks like an everyday house on the outside but it's far from ordinary inside, it's quirky, light and airy, spacious, with great colours, everything was comfortable and calming My daughter, myself and Eden the cat loved it 🥰

Not something we didn't like as such, but coffee machine needed descaling, and being big coffee fiends we had to spend a small fortune getting coffee from the great little cafe around the corner. First floor bathroom sink Hot tap didn't work and couldnt get the big showerhead to work but that may have been me Hot tub was a bit confusing the lovely maintainance guy had put it on so it really was hot but no bubbles so we pressed the bubble button and it turned off ! We managed to get it going but that was 9ish pm. For future visitors it might be helpful if there were some instructions available. We weren't ready to leave at 10am, the cat went into hiding ! Saying that, 11am would be a better checking out time as is usual when we go away
