You find great rooms, big table for dinner or breakfast, enough plates, cups etc. for a group and comfortable beds. The entrance is a bit hidden on the side in brown with a grass- flower decoration. The next station is Leytonstone and the bus 12 or 15 for example, get you really close to the apartment (Essex Road South is the bus stop). At Leytonstone (behind the station) you find the next supermarket.

We were a party of 15 people staying at the accommodation for five nights. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well‑equipped and spacious as well. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood not far from Leytonstone Underground station.
If you don’t want to walk to the Underground station (we usually did the walking as a form of exercise), there are several buses you can take, with a bus stop located within 50 metres of the house.
The students made use of and enjoyed the billiard table and darts. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Bien confortable pour 10 adultes et 1 bébé, chacun avait sa chambre et le lit bébé n'était pas un lit-parapluie mais un vrai lit à barreau.
Cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut en électro-ménager et en vaisselle
2 salles de bain très pratiques avec des produits de toilette
Le quartier est calme, à 10 minutes à pied du métro Leytonstone( qui est en zone 4), à 15 minutes d'un quartier commerçant avec Aldi/ M. & Spencers..., et pub très sympa vers la gare ferroviaire de Leyton Midland
Attention aux escaliers quand il y a des enfants dans l'appartement

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, spokojna dzielnica. Bardzo duży dom, dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.
