Boleyn Apartment in London

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 7 nuits. L’appartement était très propre, spacieux et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, avec un accès facile aux transports et aux attractions de Londres. Le personnel était très accueillant, serviable et professionnel. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Rien à signaler. Tout s’est très bien passé et je suis entièrement satisfait de mon séjour.

Ruim appartement, locatie vlakbij winkeltjes, koffiezaakjes en afhaal. 10 min lopen van Upton Park metrostation.

Het keukengereedschap. Er zijn heel weinig spullen voor een 5 pers appt. Snijmessen, plankjes, geen toaster, koffiezetapp. Grote balkon zou kunnen worden voorzien van tafels en stoelen. Geen airco. Appt heeft 4 kamers, die afzonderlijk kunnen worden onderverhuurd. Houd er rekening mee dat als dit het geval is, je 1 badkamer moet delen.

The room was clean & the location was good. View was nice, enjoyed the balcony when the room next doors balcony blinds were closed.

My partner & I booked the double room with a “private” bathroom & balcony. The room had a window that showed right into the room next door so we could see the bed in the room next door & vice versa. So was disappointed about that… as no privacy whatsoever. You could see from our bed to the next door windows bed completely. There was a lovely view from the balcony but had to shut all the blinds unless you wanted a full view of the room next door. Also there was an issue with the lock on the door I got locked out of my bedroom door after getting out the shower- my partner tried for 45 minutes to let me in while I was in just a towel! The property weren’t downstairs & weren’t the best at answering any messages.

The room was really nice and bed was comfy

I didn’t know they were split into numbered room and all three rooms share a toilet and bath. I had to share with room 104 and 105 which I was in 106. Then when I got there a £150 deposit was asked of me which I didn’t know about imagine if someone didn’t have the money and had nowhere to sleep ?, they won’t let you in unless you pay the deposit but it’s returned the next morning if nothing is broken. Just a heads up on the booking would have prepared me for this. Staff was extremely rude about the deposit while I was just explaining that a heads up would be okay for others that would book in the future but I was sworn at. The other employee apologized for the behavior of his colleague and was professional
