The house was clean, comfortable, and there was a lovely back garden that was always in the shade so the house didn't get too hot with the warm weather. It's a good enough size that 2 couples could stay here comfortably.
It's a 5-10 min walk from buses and the overground. There's a small shop 5 min walk away and 15 min walk from Tesco, so very handy to get around/get what you need!
All of the outside garden furniture was completely wrecked and falling apart. You could sit on 3 out of 4 chairs safely, but they were all heavily worn down and the last one was broken.
Not even basic salt and cooking oil were in the kitchen when we got there, so we had to immediately go to the shops.

Very nice inside with complete dishware and appliances.
The owners should consider providing fans during the summer as the flat gets stuffy and hot, even with the windows open. It is far (almost 2 hrs) from Heathrow in London traffic so plan ahead.
