Private & Stylish 2 bedroom London Apartment

We loved how much was put into cleaning and decoration of the property, it made it feels very homely. Also, the close proximity to bus stops and the Stratford station made transportation incredibly easy!

Nothing. Oh, maybe the water pressure in the bathroom showers can be better. Other than that, it was awesome!

Appartement moderne au 3e étage entouré d'une terrasse. Confortable, propre. luxueux, moderne et spacieux. Très bien équipé. Deux chambres confortables, deux salles de bain. Quartier tranquille. Appartement situé à une dizaine de minutes de marche d'épiceries, d'arrêts d'autobus et de stations de métro. Soutien de la responsable de l'appartement pour régler une situation nécessitant attention.

Pas de cafetière. L'appartement offre une vue sur un garage et un rail, mais ce n'était pas un enjeu pour nous puisque l'environnement est très tranquille et qu'on n'entend presque pas les trains passer.

Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a home from home stay. Location was excellent close to shops and a couple of lovely pubs and close to underground station. We loved the wrap around balcony with the views of London city skyline. Free parking was a great bonus!

Loved it all. Nothing to fault

The flat itself was spacious, clean and smelled lovely when we arrived. The balcony was a really nice touch, and the view of the London skyline was lovely, especially when it was lit up at night. Overall, the accommodation itself was comfortable and well presented.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the information provided before arrival. The check-in time on Booking.com stated as 2pm, but we received a message the day before arrival informing us that check-in was actually 3pm. The biggest issue was the parking. Booking.com stated that free parking was available, and I had also messaged prior to arrival to confirm this. I was told that free parking was available outside of peak times and that during other times we could park on the street or surrounding streets but payable. However, when we arrived, the streets stated that permit parking was required. We contacted the host, but unfortunately found the response quite rude and condescending. We were told that we simply needed to read the signs and follow the instructions, despite explaining that we could not see any clear instructions regarding where we were actually able to park. We downloaded the parking app after searching online, only to find that we couldn’t park on the street or surrounding streets. The nearest available parking we could find was around an 8-minute walk away. There was also a garage nearby that operated until late at night and appeared to use the street to store vehicles, which further limited the available parking. Although it did not affect our stay, some of the walls had been patch-painted and the colour did not match the existing paint. This was not visually appealing and made the flat look unfinished in places. The surrounding area was also not particularly desirable. The lower-floor flats next to the main entrance made the entrance feel uncomfortable. During our stay, the flat on the left as you enter had its doors open with loud music playing, and a group of young women were standing there in their underwear, visible to people passing by. This was unexpected and not what we anticipated after paying over £400 for two nights.
