Elegant Dockside 2-Bed Stay

Location, multiple rooms and the amazing view.

Need a little maintenance, but nothing that would stop me from going there again.

Everything you need is available in the apartment, worth every penny, and the location is very accessible and closer to city centre. Definitely will book again.

No elevator but still manageable.

The location was great and quite frankly saves this place from getting a much lower score. It's easy to get to from Liverpool street and a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest tube. The area is nice and the apartment size is pretty good. The views are fantastic, especially at night! Plenty of clean towels available.

Please please please actually reinvest some money to reinvigorate this place! Fantastic potential on this apartment that has been left to harvest money and is very worn all over! The door handle is falling off the balcony. The kitchen is chipped, broken and missing basic utensils. The bathroom is worn with the ceiling flaking from many damp spots. The floorboards all over squeak very loudly, the people below must be happy.....not. The wifi is terrible and the tv struggles to work (which many beforehand have reported). The balcony is a great addition but lacks any decent chairs which would make this much better to sit out on. The beds are not large doubles and not comfy. Stained sofa and duvet sets. No plug was provided for the bath (or kitchen sink) which ruled out having one for my family on this trip. Disappointing when we made sure the place we booked had one. The hairdryer did not work and just span up really hot, lucky there wasn't a fire there. We were asked for feedback at the end of the trip and raised these points but didn't get any reply at all. Feels like it was just a copy/paste email and they don't look at the responses......
