Canary Wharf - Luxury Apartments

The apartment is located in beautiful Canary Wharf, which feels calm and peaceful and very safe. South Quay DLR station is a 5 minute walk away, which was very handy for getting around the city. There’s a Tesco Express close by and a few restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you could need, including a Tassimo coffee machine (you need to take your own pods). We didn’t hear any noise from neighbours and the bed was a kingsize and comfortable. We had a brilliant weekend and were glad we stayed there.

The whole apartment block and the apartment itself was very hot all the time. Obviously that can’t be helped, and there’s a tower fan and a pedestal fan provided, which proved invaluable on such a hot weekend. The sofa wasn’t the comfiest, but was sufficient. I wouldn’t personally call the apartment “luxury”, I think that tag is more to do with the area and the building itself than the actual apartment, which showed some signs of wear and tear. It’s a nice apartment but I think referring to it as luxury sets an expectation it doesn’t necessarily meet. However I would stay there again and for the price it was great for what we needed.

The location was great for us, close to a shop and subway station. Room and price were decent too. Good communication with staff.

Didn't have any form of shower gel to wash with, but all other toiletries were fine. Despite having 2 fans and windows open the room was really hot. Lastly we had the last occupants swept up dirt just left behind the door and food splatter on the walls.

Location was great with being so close to the Milwall Dock. Easy to get into central London. Great to be near Greenwich. Staff were approachable and willing to help. Some nice restaurants nearby.

The apartment was a little tired. It needs a fresh coat of paint and the third bed was not comfortable. Unfortunately we were there in a heatwave and the portable cooling really struggled. But the balcony caught some breeze, but the outdoor furniture was a bit small and flimsy

balcony not usable. booked specifically for balcony use. too small. only 2 tiny ridiculous chairs no room for table to put drinks and had to sit one in front of the other. completely spoilt the holiday. heatwave and couldnt sit out. sofa bed kept seperating was during heat wave and couldnt open the window, no key. too overlooked to keep patio door open at night. ⁹
