This is a hidden gem. From the front street, you don't expect the inside. We found the stay great and convenient. Well recommend place if you are going to London.

Had trouble finding bedding for the front room. There are a few tweaks needed, but I would still recommend it. There was a beeping by the front door but it didn't affect the stay.

Location for O2 is excellent, great bus service almost door to door and didn’t have to queue for the station. Beds were super comfy .

No basics - no hand soap, no toilet paper, no shower gel , no shampoo , no hairdryer, no tea , coffee, sugar . Be prepared to take everything with you or go out and buy it . Smells strongly of stale cigarette smoke . Especially in the rear bedroom . Flat was dirty. 2 Smoke alarms were bleeping when we arrived, no reply to mobile number , reply to Message was - please take batteries out and go and buy some . This was very difficult as the ceilings were so high and the alarms were wired in . Eventually managed it at 1am when we couldn’t get to sleep. That didn’t work so had to switch off on fuse box . We’re told not to do that because it’s attached to other flats . Contacted the owner again who messaged saying they couldn’t get a handy man for 24-48 hours . This is a health and safety issue / hazard . On reading other reviews this has been an issue since February and clearly hasn’t been fixed .
