Very easy and accessible

We were attending a show at wembley and needed somewhere close. This was a brilliant location and was clean and tidy , we enjoyed the terrace in the later evening and the kitchen was well equiped .

3 pin codes for different doors, but handy having no keys to carry around. We visited in a very hot week, aircon would have been amazing as the bedrooms.get very hot and stuffy- they did provide fans

It was quite hot and humid in the room.

Comfy beds, good communal kitchen and bathrooms, easy to find and access, modern and clean. Good location right beside tube station. Had everything we needed for 1 night. Lovely slippers and bath robes were left too which is a nice touch.

It was extremely hot to the point it was uncomfortable. The heating was left on in all bathrooms with no way to turn off. It was a very hot day so I understand that can’t be fixed but having heating on really made matters worse. We then went out for the night and on return realised the bedroom radiators were also on. It felt as if underground heating was on too but that might have been general heat. A fan was left in the room but this was not enough to try and cool down 5 girls who all slept on top of the covers and uncomfortable. Tried messaging the property and heard nothing back.
