The room was clean and comfortable, and in a convenient location close to many cafes, restaurants and stores. The air conditioner was good. Cleaning service was always nice to ask if needed beforehand.
The elevator did not go down to ground level, so it is not fun if you have heavy luggage to carry up the narrow stairwell. There is very limited space to put multiple baggage in the room. There is no reading lamp so you have to get up to turn off the lights.

The location is great, a bit further on foot from the main tourist areas, but that makes it even nicer, as it’s in a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and local coffee spots. Communication is clear and helpful. The room is clean, the air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is tidy.
Small, a bit cramped with large luggage.
