Beautiful and spacious room as advertised, cozy bed, tidy clean. The host was extremely helpful in guiding me with everything that I needed. Close to the center, big shops around (supermarket/ mall ), about 15 min walk to the Bui Vien Walking Street or 10 min to some night market.

The location and how quiet it was.
There was no toilet paper, instruction for checking in was not given prior to arrival, and the place needed cosmetic repair.
