MAIAM Homestay

Good location, room was small, but comfortable. It was clean, AC worked well. Staff was nice, everything worked as it was supposed to. There's a shared kitchen with washing and drying machine, so you can do your laundry there. There was a lot of different restaurants and cafés nearby, center wasn't far even on foot.

It was a bit loud - an issue I encountered in literally every building in all of Vietnam, so I guess it's normal here. Some guests used the kitchen even at night (which you're not supposed to do) and since I had the room right next to it, it was a bit uncomfortable as I could hear even normal sounds very loudly in my room. Also the AC was aimed right at the bed and I had issues moving it so that it wouldn't blow ice cold air directly at me. Might not be an issue if you like cold, though.

Ich war von Anfang an sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Besitzerin sowie das Personal sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zum Check In bekam ich eine Liste mit Empfehlungen von Sehenswürdigkeiten bis hin zu Restaurants. Generell die Kommunikation verlief super, da man in einem Gruppenchat mit der Besitzerin eingeladen wird und jederzeit reinschreiben kann. Die Waschmaschine sowie der Trockner konnten kostenlos verwendet werden und die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber eingerichtet. Zudem gibt es viel Stauraum. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr guten Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Hier habe ich mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde immer wieder kommen.

Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Everything! I love how this homestay is located in a quiet, clean and safe alley woth lots of stores around.. (if only we can stay longer, i would!). Of course, the owner, Mie is so kind .. i really appreciate her! my parents liked her so much. She went above and beyond service to welcome us and send us off 🥹 she even drived me to the bank so I can withdraw cash.. The homestay is also super clean and smells good. The rooms are also clean and spacious. There’s even a free laundy .. just bring you own bath soap and shampoo coz the containers in the bathroom are empty (but we didnt ask coz we brought ours) so we didnt have any problem with that. I also love that there are mirrors everywhere in this homestay haha so nice I must say that this homestay is soooo worth its price. You should book this!

Замечательное уютное гостевой дом в самом центре. Все необходимые удобства в номере имеются, а также прекрасный персонал и владельца, они нам помогли с поздним заездом и дали рекомендации по посещению достопримечательностей и вкусных кафе рядом. Если возникали вопросы - персонал и владелица всегда были на связи. А ещё у нас был большой классный телевизор в номере и ванна.
