Notre Maison 7 - COliving and COworking

Luan, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made sure everything was perfect and gave me the best possible experience. The villa was impeccable, really cozy and had everything I needed to feel at home. And the location was just right. Cozy coworking cafés at walking distance, great local restaurants, and a very charming district in general.

Good location in Thao Dien, There's a new spa round the corner. It's got a nice swimming pool. The room was a little small but that is typical of Saigon. The Bathroom was big though. The villa had a really nice vibe, friendly guests and the owner was really nice and hospitable (as well as the cleaner) the sofa downstairs was really big to relax and the rooftop is good to relax too. Overall, it's the location that makes it worthwhile.

The room is a little small - i know that is typical of most Vietnamese houses. The neighbours caused a little noise with a funeral but that wouldn't be a systemic thing. Overall, it was actually quite quiet inside, it's not on a busy street

The location, the staff and the place were great. I'm a light sleeper and really enjoyed the quiet. Easy access to everything we wanted. We had help from the staff regarding a few things we needed.

Good location in Thao Dien, nice to have a washing machine.

We booked the cheapest room knowing it had a shared bathroom, but no photos of that bathroom were shown on Booking.com. We were quite disappointed to discover that the "shower" was actually just a shower head in the toilet. During our stay, we saw 5–6 cockroaches. Since the house is shoes-off, we raised this hygiene concern with the host and asked for slippers, but didn't receive a helpful response. Perhaps the overall experience would be better for other rooms.
