Very central, very nice stuff, check in and check out were quick and easy, free water and free drugstore products. The location is mostly quiet.
The wooden stairs can be slippery because they’re very small. Bit difficult to carry luggage but the employees happily offer assistance!

Ms Ma was very warm and welcoming, even with the language barrier. Always making sure we were okay and had plenty of water. The room was small, but comfortable for what we needed and located down a nice quiet alley away from the street noise. She let us come back in the evening and stay in the communal area while we waited for our overnight bus which was a great help!
Hard to find initially - google maps takes you down the wrong street, but managed to get help from some locals to find it.

Not very clean to be honest, walls are made of paper really and it was hard to sleep since noises around were terrible, you get to hear all people shouting around, babies, door bell rining every 5 minutes. Had the feeling that someone will fall over me from the floor above me. Also the fact that those places does not accept card or any other form of payment other than Dong in cash.
