Very roomy esp for HoChiMinh. Able to walk a lot of places so location good. Also nice amd quiet. Unit is on 2nd level with no lift so not suitable if stairs are a problem. Note that for some reason the Grab ( Vietnamese Uber) address drops you a bit further up the street so just look for the sign . You need to walk through a beauty shop and up the stairs for self checkin. There is a keypad on the lock for your code that is hidden until you tap the little symbol to light up the keypad. There is a good sized fridge and kettle which is handy.

It was a very spacious room located in a peaceful area within Ho Chi Minh. Room is clean. TV has Netflix. The area has cafes and restaurants near it.

We had to carry our bags for about 2 floors even though it was indicated that we are in the first floor (No elevator). We had to pay extra to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout.

Short taxi distance to the airport. Cheap. The bed was comfortable and clean. AC worked . Massage and spa on first floor so you can get a massage after a long travel day. Quiet neighbourhood generally. If you are on a budget it is a safe and clean and private room - practically speaking.

Location is not great and a bit hard to find, on a random street and not a very attractive neighbourhood. You have to get a Grab to get to restaurants and tourist areas. Too far to walk anywhere. Also we arrived early but weren't allowed to checkin even an hour earlier. We had to pay to hold our luggage even though the room where we stayed was above the massage spa where the luggage was stored by the same people. They could have easily just put our luggage behind the counter as a kind courtesy. Didn't feel the Vietnam hospitality from the staff tbh. too bad - If they just realized how a little kindness goes a long way! In retrospect would have paid more for a better place with breakfast.
