The room has a warm, earthy aesthetic with sage green tones, wooden furniture and plenty of natural greenery that makes it feel more like a carefully curated home than a short-term rental. The window is huge and the city view from the bed in the morning is something special. Bui Vien nightlife is on the doorstep when you want it and easy to escape when you do not. The rooftop with washer and dryer was a real practical bonus.

We booked two rooms and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The photos actually undersell how charming this place is in person. Every corner of the room has been thought about carefully, from the Saigon-themed shelf decor and vinyl record to the little bubble chair tucked into the corner and the warm bedside lamps. The projector was perfect for a lazy evening in after a big day of exploring. Shared kitchen on site and washer and dryer on the rooftop made everything very practical. Ho Hao Hon Street is quiet but Bui Vien is just minutes away.

I was not expecting a room this stylish at this price point. The sage green walls, warm wood floors, arched mirror and little reading nook gave it a genuinely boutique feel that most hotels twice the price cannot pull off. The large window flooded the room with natural light and the city view was lovely to wake up to. Bui Vien is literally a short walk away but the room itself felt calm and cosy. The shared rooftop laundry was a great bonus for a longer stay.
