Location is good. A lot of shops all around- all kinds -convenient stores downstairs and tuktuks to take you around the estate 50,000 dong per trip. It’s about and hour away from Ho chi mihns main city where you can shop. If you don’t mind the drive. It’s good.

Not clean on arrival. Landlords atm machine didn’t work with our Mastercards to pay. We had to pay her in cash. She had good communication during our stay. But when we were about to leave she was very rude and not accommodating. I asked her to book a tuk tuk for my mother to go to the plaza (ahe had been booking them for us throughout our stay) she said she can walk. I also asked to extend to 4pm. She said yes. Check out time was at 12pm. 1/2 a day was charged for an extra 4hrs. Still had people who stayed there washing in the laundry room. Cracks on the wall and everything was dirty. Walls, floors, laundry room filthy. Bed very uncomfortable and broken in the middle. Ants all through the apartment. Someone did come in to fix it but only swept the house. Ants came back. Bed sheet was stained from her washing machine she tried to say we did it and asked if she can do a “no show” to say we didn’t show up instead to be reimburse for something we didn’t do. I responded by saying to take it up with booking.com. She didn’t reply. Air con didn’t work. Fridge was leaking. Toilet blocked on 2nd day. Dishes drying on the rack when we arrived. It was like someone lived there just left us to house sit.
