Spacious room and comfortable bed. Clean linens. The floor was clean enough to walk barefoot. The aircon and fridge were functioning well. Same with the bathroom water heater. Decent products for body wash and shampoo, even provided hair conditioner.
Pest. Three cockroaches in the first two days, probably came from outside as the corridor was shared with other long term renters. I'm personally scared of cockroaches and was given quite a fright. The host was helpful and gave me the insect spray. Otherwise would be 10/10 stay.

It's a spacious room,, there's a elevator in the building it is good thing you don't need to use the stairs. The location is right in district 11, it's locally residence area and people use the house for dwelling as well as shop or eateries .
The room needs to be improved like decorations, new paint,..
The hallway is untidy.
