The location was amazing. Could walk anywhere from there. Saigon centre and both shopping markets within walking distance. Room was clean and the air-conditioning was great.
There were quiet and number of stairs so if you have a lot to carry, be mindful. With that being said the owners helped carry my bags (26kg each) which was nice.

Difficult to locate this property located at the second floor of an old building entrance with dirty staircases. No ventilations. But the staff is very cordial and caring.

Very good location and great dinner with the family.
Shared bathroom, very small. Thin walls. Construction work in the morning.
