    I booked balcony with kitchen but was given ground floor. Only one small stove under TV? How to cook something under hanging TV above. Chatting complain about this but Agoda just got around with delayed reply!??

While the location is convenient and facilities are decent, the amenities could use some improvement. The staff were generally helpful but not overly attentive, which impacted the overall experience. It's a solid choice if you're looking for a place that covers the basics well.

    The room was nice and spacious. It is like a small apartment so no staff on site and you have to pay extra and request to have fresh towels / room cleaned. Bed is very hard. The bathroom needed a clean (mould in the grouting and lots of bugs). The check in process was via text message so make sure to text before you arrive to avoid waiting outside. The location was good, lots of things nearby and can get a gran right outside to get around the city.

    They gave me a different than what I booked with no explanation. Room is very dated, only 2 old towels, old sheet and pillows. Don't let them fool you by the picture they posted on the website. It's a big lie. I could have better room with the $ I spent here. Worse ever.
