    The rooms were spacious though housekeepijg could be more attentive. The staff were really friendly and made sure we had everything we need. They were not able to provide the room I originally booked but made up for it through additional perks provided. An added plus factor was its convenient location and good value for mney. Overall it was a comfortable stay

    I like staff here. They are very helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious. I stay in the room with 2bed on the six floor, the elevator only go up to the 5th floor. That is the only downside for me. But highly recommended this hotel and location, within walking distance to all the local foods.

    Great location in D3 with good restaurants and a market nearby. The Pink church is a must-see. 20mins from the airport is a big plus. the room is clean. The storage is good. The shower is warm. The airconditionner is working. 2 small bottles of water were provided but you need to buy at the reception if you need more during your stay. My room on the first floor had a keylock and was difficult to use. No breakfast available in site but that is not a big issue. I stayed there 4 times now and would go again.

    First impression is key. From the outside the new and clean look seemed like it was perfect. But check in was rough with a family carrying luggage and staff seeing the struggle didn’t budge but eventually decided to open the double doors for luggage to fit in. Next, room was on the top floor but elevator only goes up to the floor below. With younger kids carrying luggage and bags up another set of stairs isn’t ideal, but I read that and was hoping the room we got when booked wouldn’t be it. After getting into the room, we found a dead roach in the mini fridge, swimming bugs and larvae in the toilet and dead bugs in the shower. Bedding has hair from others and big yellow stain in the middle of the bed. Leftover items in the freezer part of the fridge from other guests. Either the room was clean poorly or no one hasn’t stayed in the room before we got there but nonetheless the lack of integrity of checking before your customers shows up. Immediately looked for a new place to stay. I don’t leave bad reviews, but this one had to be shared.
