    I like staff here. They are very helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious. I stay in the room with 2bed on the six floor, the elevator only go up to the 5th floor. That is the only downside for me. But highly recommended this hotel and location, within walking distance to all the local foods.

    Great location in D3 with good restaurants and a market nearby. The Pink church is a must-see. 20mins from the airport is a big plus. the room is clean. The storage is good. The shower is warm. The airconditionner is working. 2 small bottles of water were provided but you need to buy at the reception if you need more during your stay. My room on the first floor had a keylock and was difficult to use. No breakfast available in site but that is not a big issue. I stayed there 4 times now and would go again.

    Saggy mattress, broken toilet seat , bench breaking off the wall, no hook or anyway to hang a towel. Room not cleaned or fresh towels/bedding stayed 6 nights. Workmen came through the room while I was out and did not lock the door. Workmen came back at 7pm expecting access through my room to repair air conditioning. No consideration for senior solo traveller. Very disappointed as I would have used the hotel again because of its proximity to my family when I visit.
