Great location and great staffs and responsive.
You have to park in a different place over night, 8 -10 minute walk away . Not too far but definitely not enjoy able walk during the saigon drowning rain. And i stayed for quite long so this was not enjoyable at all. Probably a good option if you stay for a few nights only.
Facilities are not well maintained. Artificial wood Flooring was peeeled off at some places. Trash can was broken. The first floor did not smell nice imwhen i first checked in, even tho it was fine after a few nights. You will have to keep ac and the ventilator running in the bathroom.

Sound proofing was not optimal.
The balcony could be separated between rooms.
A few ants. (suggestion: improve trash/bin- separate for plastics)

El cuarto era original, estaba muy bien equipado, cómodo y limpio! El sistema de check in y check out muy fácil y había un área común muy linda. Había un lavarropas y secarropas para usar, que nos fue muy util.
