Nu recomand celor care isi doresc conform si curatenie

Locația este bună, cu un peisaj frumos și aproape supermarket, taverne si de piscină, ceea ce ar fi putut face sejurul plăcut.

Curățenia a fost deficitară încă de la sosire – pe jos era praf și insecte moarte, la fel și în sertarul cu tacâmuri; vesela era murdară, iar perdeaua de la duș pătată. Deși se anunța curățenie la 3 zile, în realitate doar se schimbau prosoapele, fără aspirat, măturat sau spălat. Paturile erau foarte incomode: rama desfacuta, tablia patului care sustinea structura, desfacuta cu saltele sprijinite pe scânduri rupte, care cădeau, iar paturile twin erau lipite unul lângă altul, dar la înălțimi diferite. Mobilierul era învechit, scârțâia la fiecare mișcare și nu oferea deloc confort. În baie, suportul metalic pentru prosoape a picat chiar din prima zi și a trebuit pus deoparte, pentru că nu stătea fixat. Facilitățile au lipsit: televizorul nu a funcționat deloc în cele 8 nopți de cazare din cauza unei furtuni, iar becul de la oglinda din camera erau ars. La baie prin sifonul din pardoseala iesea apa murdara, cand foloseai toaleta stateai cu picioarele in balta, pe care o intindeai cat era camera. Am atras atentia proprietarei faptul ca canalizarea este blocata si apa de la dus nu se scurge, intradevar a venit si a desfundat cat sa se scurga apa insa prin sifonul din pardoseala tot iesea apa. Administratorul a fost prezent, răspundea solicitărilor și întreba dacă este totul în regulă, dar era evident că știa de problemele majore – de la mizerie la starea mobilierului. Per total, deși locația și împrejurimile sunt atractive, condițiile de cazare nu au fost la un nivel acceptabil și nu aș recomanda această unitate celor care își doresc confort și curățenie.

Quiet, useful location with a free parking and a bus station up the hill at the village. Recommend:)

Amazing location to explore the most beautiful beaches, very peaceful environment with a nice garden. There are many markets, opened even on sunday and lots of good restaurants. Clean room and nice staff.

The kitchen cabinets smelled, but over time the smell disappeared.

Супер хозяйка всегда была на связи и в WhatsApp, давала исчерпывающую информацию по всем вопросам пребывания, проката и экскурсий. Она общается на греческом, английском, чешском, польском языках. Немного говорит на русском. Наши апартаменты номер 6 находились на теневой стороне двухэтажного здания. Кровати удобные и чистое бельё. Из комнат первого этажа выход в прекрасный сад. В апартаментах есть свой с большим выбором посуды кухонный уголок и шикарный стол и стулья на террасе с видом на горы. В совместном санузле не большой душ со шторками. Бумага туалетная и прочее были всегда с запасом. Полотенца меняли регулярно. Очень стабильный и быстрый интернет. Всё розетки и лампы исправно работало и не ломались. По запросу нам выдали второй ключ от апартаментов. Кондиционером мы не пользовались. Стены и пол сохранили приятную прохладу.

Apartament ma dobry standard i jest w fajnej lokalizacji, blisko są restauracje, sklepy i plaże. Dużym udogodnieniem jest możliwość korzystania z sąsiednich basenów. Aneks kuchenny jest dobrze wyposażony. Polecam!

A great base to explore the coastline and beaches around Liapades and Paleokastritsa

The studios are very well located within walking distance of the exceptionally beautiful and unspoiled Rovinia beach.There are several small shops and tavernas nearby and a pool with a shaded bar just opposite. We stayed in studio 5 at the end of the building which had a large side window with a mosquito grille so we didn’t need to use the AC during our mid-summer stay. Nice little balcony with lots of greenery below and forested mountain views. Good bed with a decent mattress. Sufficiently well equipped to self-cater. Very friendly and helpful host.

Could benefit from some renovations here and there but all in all everything worked fine.

Fantastic and positive stay in Paleokalitsa

We had a wonderful weekend break at Kahlua! Booking a two-bedroom apartment on short notice and finding it so close to the sea for such an affordable price was an incredible value. The apartment was clean, tidy, and we loved the classic Grecian style. The location is excellent, with a great selection of places to eat nearby and a really welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to our host, Edita, for her fantastic communication and for making the whole process so smooth and trustworthy. We were delighted with our stay and are already thinking about when we can come back. It was truly fantastic!"

We had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning lady to finish. We noted that our check-in was at 14:00 (2:00 PM), but we couldn't get into the apartment until 14:30 (2:30 PM).

Our stay was wonderful! We arrived very late since our flight was delayed. We got amazing help and someone to pick us up from the airport. The host was always easy to contact and they were super helpful woth everything. Beautiful location!

We truly enjoyed our stay here.

We loved our stay here. Was easy to find and reach from the bus station. The room was much nicer than we expected from the pictures. Had our own little balcony, free access to the swimming pools in the village, there's also a terrace on top of the building with a big wooden table which was unused most of the time and it has very nice views. It's close to restaurants, shops. The walk to the Liapades beach is not too far. None of the other guests bothered us. Edita was also very lovely to offer trips and tips around.

View from the room was outstanding. Appartment is reachable only by car, otherwise one has to walk a hill up.

The shower has no good protection to hold the water, so after the shower the floor from the bathroom got really wet.

Nice stay in Corfu

Convenient a bit dated apartment located about 15-20 mins walk (downhill/uphill on the way back) from a lovely beach with clear pristine water. Other beaches require more hiking. It was peaceful, surrounded by nice plants and trees, free parking on-premise, beds were comfy, had free wifi. Lovely location. We had a nice stay in Corfu.

The apartment did not have any indoor space to socialise when the weather was not good or when there were mosquitoes in the evening, i.e. no table (only small desk) and chairs for all people, so had to bring the garden chairs in - which were too big for the apartment, or seat on beds. The tv didn't work. The garden and surroundings could do with regular cleaning as there were wild dogs and cats using it as a toilet... also stealing personal belongings from the patio area. So don't leave anything out ;)

Very good

The host was very kind, friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spaceful with nice balcony, equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Very good location close to shop, restaurants and beautiful beaches.
