Lovely people in a lovely, if challenging, location.

The hosts were excellent, attentive and helpful. The view down the valley to the sea. Free baby tomatoes in the garden. Regular house keeping. Local amenities.

A slightly awkward entrance to the site from the main road. The lack of a toaster, though the toasted sandwich maker was an option. Individual bedside lights would be useful. Bathroom was a little tired. The hill to the beach was steeper than expected.

We loved the experience and the hosts. The accommodation is very well located in Liapades.

The hosts are so sweet! They're always attentive to our needs and extremely helpful, ready to help. The apartment is very simple but has everything you need and is very clean. We loved the very traditional experience. They even left us tomatoes and homemade olive oil, everything was very good. They helped us look for our lost keys and even inflated our tire. Thank you for everything!

A beautifully modern apartment with a garden terrace and stunning mountain and sea views!

A wonderful place. A perfect and very spacious apartment for a family of five. The apartment is beautifully and modernly arranged. It has a private terrace with a small garden where vegetables grow. From the terrace, you can see not only the mountains but also a glimpse of the sea. Truly unforgettable. At least two beaches are very close by. There are also a few small shops nearby. A special THANK YOU to the host, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He assisted us with all our questions. We grew very fond of him in just a few days. THANK YOU.

Family-like atmosphere in a quite village

It’s a simple apartment but you actually do not need anything extra. It has a balcony with a nice view, comfortable bed and pillows, well equipped kitchen. I liked that there were clotheslines with clips to hang your beach towels. What stands out the most though are the hosts and their hospitality! We felt so welcomed and taken care of that we would love to come back again!

The AC takes long time to cool down the room. It would have been nice to have a broom or a mop in the room as the bathroom floor did get a bit messy and I wanted to wipe it myself right away.

It was great, we had a lot of fun and the apartment and hosts were amazing.

The hosts were fantastic. We had car trouble getting there late and they were very happy to accomodate us. The apartment were cleaned multiple times despite us only staying for 10 days. The hosts were fantastic with recommendations for travel, day trips and general advice. The location is amazing, only one minuite away from local shops, multiple great restaurants in walking distance and very close to multiple beaches. Parking is also fantastic, lots of room and completely private.

Very nice and quiet place, made for a relaxing holiday. Michele and his family are very kind and they listen to your requests at all. I would suggest this location to everyone wants to visit Corfu. I will come back!!

An excellent location for walkers of the Corfu Trail. Only a few hundred yards off route. Reception and advice to find the property was very helpful. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. A useful small supermarket is next door and a range of good restaurants are within a few hundred yards. Very good value for money.

The owners are great and kind people! Very communicative and ready to help. We had some issues with the car and at 21:30h in the evening they spent 30 minutes to have phone calls trying to find car service for us...

In general in Corfu, most accommodations have old school furniture and this place is no exception. BUT in comparison with many other places on the Corfu island, this had balcony, parking and you don't have to climb with your car in tiny small streets up and down, where even people can't walk. There is no negative point, specifically to the Maria Studio Apartments.

Perfect short stay for a solo traveller looking for an authentic Greek village experience.

Amazing hosts Michalis and Maria, greeted me as soon as I arrived and gave me a complementary bottle of wine. Also discounted a sunset cave boat tour to €15 from €20. Location perfect: walking distance to great tavernas, beaches, and the village of Liapades. Much less touristy and expensive, but still accessible to neighbouring Palaiokastritsa. Great for a solo traveller, with spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, and perfect balcony with mountain view. Highly recommend!

The bed was quite hard and the wifi was not reliable, but those were minor issues.

Nice accommodation

Exceptionally clean room. Тhere were two balconies, one on each side of the room, which was great as from early morning the sun is really hot and you can enjoy your morning coffee or lunch/dinner without being exposed to direct sunlight. The host Mihalis is kind person which always wants to help you with whatever he can. He arranged great 2 hour boat trip with his son's boat, which I strongly recommend to everyone. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area and it is really close to bus stop.

The room missed shampoo and shower gel which is not a big deal as you can easily buy from the shop which is few steps away, but I think this is something essential and should be provided.

The location is perfect and local shop within a very short walk . Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but great value for money. I would easily recommend this accommodation. Also arranged the transport to the apartment through the host which went very well. Top marks for this gem!!

This place has everything you need and is placed in a great location in Liapades.

Very happy that I went here, worth every penny. All your daily necessities are supported by the amenities provided (ironing, A/C when too hot, kettle, kitchenette, etc.) and the rooms have plenty of space, with small touches from the owner to make them welcoming for all guests. The place is also cleaned every couple of days thoroughly. The balconies have a splendid view over the surrounding hills, mountains and sea, which was great for early mornings to look around at while eating breakfast. Michalis was a great host: he greeted us with joy and a delicious bottle of white wine from a local winery in Liapades, was always available for us although he has a busy schedule, and always had a smile on his face while being transparent and professional about his work. Nothing more you can ask for. Moreover, the location of the accommodation in Liapades is very good: plenty of shops nearby, many taverns (less than a minute walk for both), less than a minute to get to the main road that leads to the 2 main beaches in the town (Liapades Beach and Rovinia Beach, about 15 minutes maximum walking time to reach both) and is 5 minutes away from the Green Bus station in Liapades (the easiest way to get around the island at a very cheap price - 2 euros to Corfu Town). All in all, fantastic spot that has everything you need to get to that best relaxation mood, with beautiful surroundings and very lovely hosts. Will definitely come back here when I will visit Corfu for the second time. Highly recommended!

Well situated, not spotlessly clean

The apartments are well situated, a 15 minutes walk to Liapades beach and 1/2h from Limni Beach. I was able to do an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The apartments have nice terraces.

I found the kitchen a bit dirty. It looked superficially clean, but everything was sticky. I would not have been comfortable cooking there. I'd say for one night (ex. if you're doing the Corfu Trail like me), it's OK but maybe not to spend your whole holiday...

Great one night stay before heading to the airport and very close to the clinic to get my PCR !

No breakfast included - I walked to a local restaurant :) The owner very kindly arranged a transfer to the airpot for me and my driver Spiros was great - very knowledgeable and got me to the airport safely despite a massive downpour of rain ( there was a huge storm the night before ! ) Bravo

Great stay!

All was great, especially for the money. Very friendly owners, studios are close to shops, restaurants, and a bus stop. Two nice beaches are nearby, Liapades Beach with sun loungers and bars and Rovinia without everything, but with a great view, so you can choose. The room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balcony, air conditioning in the room, WiFi. Airport transfer is provided upon request for a reasonable price. There is parking. I definitely recommend staying at Maria Studios!

Because it was so wonderful there, it was very disappointing to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment has everything you need and is cleaned every few days! It is also very centrally located to all the great beaches nearby. Lots of personal touches also helped us to feel right at home here. Would definitely recommend!

Room was okay, but felt pricey for what we got.

The balkony and view were really nice. The owner was very friendly!

The bed was uncomfortable and the linen had stains, although it seemed washed. The same with the whole apartment - it was definitely cleaned, but did not felt very clean. The soap was thinned, the kitchen was equipped, but lacking some stuff, so overall wasn't that practical.
