Fantastic studious!

Great location and the size of the studio. Very conveniently located, next to several shops and restaurants. Easy to reach amazing beaches and go walking/hiking in the neighboring area. The apartment is neat, and the cleaning person takes good care of keeping it tidy. Equipped with cooking stoves and all needed materials. Stunning view from the penthouse!

It was unexpected that the cleaning person moved our belongings, including passports and wallets, to another room. Not a big deal but a bit disturbing.

Great Apartment in Paleokastritsa!

Very spacious apartment within walking distance of plenty of beaches! Maria was very helpful and responsive! The apartment had a good sized kitchen, great balcony and very new feel.

Great shared pool thats a 2 min walk away, when we stayed the pool was always quite quiet compared to others in the area. The apartment is a great location to go to la grotta and it is so easy to get a bus to the old town and airport.

Spacious apartment with pool option and close to everything in Paleokastritsa

Great to have someone clean the place every day. Comfy beds. Also great to be able to use the pool close by which had sun until late. It's very spacious. Nice terrace. Great to have a place to hang wet clothes and towels. Baby cats in the old olive tree in the yard was a huge plus for kids.

One night it was a tad bit noisy upstairs. Our room door kept rattling when they moved around. We were trying to fall asleep so I had to open the door for that to stop. The sun umbrella didn't work but we just used the other side for shade. And we could have said something which we didn't as it wasn't bothersome enough.

Good location, close to the public swimming pool with a good breakfast, market and pubs. Nice big shower and a huge terrace. Very nice owner.

Maria was the most generous and kind host you could ask for. She went above and beyond for us, ordered us not only a taxi from the airport when we arrived but also one a week after our stay when we were transiting through corfu to get home. The location was also great! Only 20 minute walk to multiple beaches in different directions. I couldn't recommend Maria's studio more, it was very comfortable and spacious with a big balcony too! There was also a very cute and cheap gyros and cocktail place nearby which we visited frequently.

Perfect vacation

The host is most friendly, welcoming and helpful (bought a cream for my jellyfish burn on her on mind). The apartment is sparkling clean, spacious, well equipped, beautiful, quiet and near to great beaches and services.

Ilios Studios - the place where you feel like home!

Ilios Studios was our choice in 2012 when we visited Corfu for the first time. This year we decided to spend our vacation to Corfu again and this place came to our mind immediately. It was a huge surprise to see how beautiful the owners transformed the studios. Their thought for every detail, the big balcony we had with a spectacular view of the mountains, and last, but not list the cleaning: very clean, that’s way I have to say that we hope all the other guests will respect the place so we can enjoy it next year!

Unforgettable holidays

It’s was our first experience traveling to Greece and so far it’s the best! We stayed in “Ilios studios” for a 5 night and we didn’t wanted to leave this beautiful place! The studio is very comfortable, modern and cozy! You can find everything you need for cooking and for comfortable stay! They offer towels and cleaning every few day. The family who host this place is very lovely and friendly, they will help you with everything you need. Also they prepared a book with a recommendations , use it , all recommendations are worth to try! The best beaches are very close ! We will definitely come back again! Thank you!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente.

La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente, da cui è facile raggiungere in auto bellissime spiagge. È possibile parcheggiare in comodità i veicoli all’interno del cortile. Ogni giorno l’appartamento viene pulito e in sè la struttura è molto carina, inoltre un aspetto rilevante è la presenza di un condizionatore che si può regolare a piacere in camera da letto. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile a rispondere a ogni richiesta.

L’unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato era la presenza di alcune formiche in cucina, vicino al lavandino. Sottolineo peró che non abbiamo parlato con la proprietaria per risolvere il problema, non avendone fatto grande uso.

我们住的几天，有2个晚上是没有热水的。据说是因为镇里的水压供不应求。但是我们问了一下隔壁酒店却没有这个问题。最令人不满的是房东没有在一开始告知，等我们发现这个问题的时候，解决问题的方案也非常不理想，让我们去隔壁酒店的地下储藏间去解决洗澡问题，那个地方简直是噩梦，条件差的跟中国30年前的浴室一样。房东还上门来理论说让我们理解他们。可是我们是付钱方也是受害方，谁来理解我们？明明别的酒店没有这个问题，大夏天的还没法洗澡。就算可以去别的地方洗澡，但是带着湿漉漉的头发，真的不想再经历第二次。

Sehr komfortables geräumiges Appartment mit großer, sonniger Terrasse

Sehr schönes geräumiges Appartment im etwas ruhigeren Teil von Paleokastritsa. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit tollem Blick in die Berge. Direkt gegenüber gibt es eine wunderbare, sehr für das Frühstück zu empfehlende Bäckerei und in 50m Entfernung ein hervorragendes Grill Restaurant. Der Strand und der Hafen sind etwas weiter entfernt, etwa 2km. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung und das Appartment wurde jeden Tag gesäubert. Nachts war es sehr ruhing und die Betten waren wirklich hervorragend. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Bon rapport qualité-prix et bien localisé

Le logement est très bien localisé, proche de Corfou, de la belle plage de Paleokastritsa, minimarkets, restaurants. Balades en bateau possible sur la baie. Beau balcon et belle terrasse très agréable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours c’est très appréciable. Parking gratuit sur place devant le logement ce qui est un gros avantage. Réactivité de notre hôte, nous avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires et signalé que la cuvette des WC était cassée, ce qui a tout de suite été réglé et changé.

L’annonce indique une piscine, il n’y en a pas. La piscine est dans une autre résidence privée a 5 min à pied (avec une belle pente à monter). Certains équipements sont à changer : grille-pain, four qui sont en mauvais état et vieux.

Είναι ένα υπέροχο καινούργιο κατάλυμα σε ένα καταπράσινο περιβάλλον!Πεντακαθαρο,με μεγάλη άνεση & πολλές παροχές!Τα κορίτσια της υποδοχής ευγενέστατες,πρόσχαρες,βοηθητικές!Οι κυρίες καθαριότητας άριστες επαγγελματίες!Καθε μέρα υπήρχε καθαριότητα!Ειναι ένα κατάλυμα που θα το προτιμήσουμε στο μέλλον!!!Το νησί της Κέρκυρας ένας παράδεισος!!

Ein wunderbare Landschaft, ein tolles Apartment, gutes Essen und sehr nette Gastgeberin

Uns hat alles an der Unterkunft gefallen. Das Apartment war groß, sauber und zweckvoll eingerichtet. Badezimmer war top. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, auch für Selbstversorger. Wir haben in der ersten Etage gewohnt und hatten eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit viel Sonne. Die Lage war gut, nicht direkt im größten Touristen-Getümmel. Direkt gegenüber gab es ein Frühstücksmöglichkeit, nebenan die Taverne Spiros, die sehr gute Speisen anbietet, ein Supermarkt etc.. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze.
