Just the location

Old have never been in a place like this for many years. The owner Mike was not that good with us, I dont know why. I think he did not like the country where we are from and that is not good. He was not very helpful and the place was overpriced

Peaceful stay at Villa Mike

Lovely, quiet, and peaceful stay at Villa Mike. We loved the views from our room and around the pool area. It was close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Short drive to Paleokastritsa and lots to do nearby.

Great host and place to stay

Mike was a very kind host and made our stay wonderful. He helped us organize a taxi to the airport because our flight was early in the morning. During our 7-day stay, the towels were changed twice and the apartment was cleaned. The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet place. All recommendations for this accommodation.

The property is 1000 meters from Liapades beach not 500 like it’s written on Booking.com. The room needs big refurnishme

The host is nice and offers you any kind of infos.

The room was like we went back in time in the 90s. Old furniture, squeaky beds and doors. Very very uncomfortable beds. Old tiles on the floor. No shower gel in bathroom. No sponge and detergent in the kitchen. It’s kind of far from Liapades beach, like 1 km downhill and then uphill. Bus station and tavernas are close. The garden also, you can see it was arranged a long time ago. Ping pong table unusable. Overall, not worth the money.

Good value for the price.

The host was very nice. The location is driving distance to the beach. You could walk it, but it would be a hike. The air condition worked great in the room and kept us comfortable, even on a hot August day.

The bed covers were a bit old and had an old smell to them. I don't think they were dirty, but just really old. The hosts can easily update this. Nothing else. I would still recommend if you are in the area to stay here.

Comfortable stay in a charming family villa

Mike is a great host. We were room n10, the bedroom upstairs is big and mattresses are very soft (instead of the very hard mattresses generally encountered in Corfu). Little and private terasse upstairs with a nice view. All is perfectly clean and apartment is well soundproofed. Mike provides large amount of water bottle for a cheap price.

The host was extremely nice and friendly and was waiting for me on the day of the arrival. The location is perfect - close to the beaches and to the bus stop. A perfect place if you travel on foot/by bus around the island.

Mike was really friendly. He even brought us to Corfu Town on our last day because he had to do some work there. The apartment was really clean and is cleaned 3 times a week. The location is really calm and close to some really nice beaches (Liapades, Rovinia, Glyko). There is a bike rental just around the corner as well as a nice and cheap tavern. We enjoyed our stay and would definitivly recommend staying there! Thanks for everything Mike!

Very good place for a holiday.

Very good accomodation for a holiday. We could easily find it thanks to the signs by the road. Villa is a bit away from the main road, which makes it even more relaxing place. The host was very welcoming and helpful, he gave us many tips on how to get to the beach and to the main road with shops / restaurants. Mr Mike helped us even with transport, which was great :) I fully recommend!

A perfectly functional stay

Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen. Mike is a charming host.

I would suggest people to book their boat directly through a boating company rather than through Mike - it’s a bit more expensive, boat was a bit old, no cooler and leaves from Paleokritsas rather than Rovina or Liapades beach which is nearby/walkable. You could find ones on your way to Rovinas beach. Cleaning could be more thorough and beds/pillows could be more comfortable. The wifi was not good.

Warm hospitality, comfort and good location

We went to Liapades only for one week and was deeply moved with the warm hospitality of our owner and cleanliness and comfort of our apartments. I would highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to feel real Greek atmosphere!

La vicinanza a spiaggie e paese, gli spazi comuni e la piscina (piccola, ma ben curata) Proprietario molto presente e alla mano

Il bagno emanava un pò di odore per tutta la permanenza, probabilmente dovuto allo scarico per l'acqua sul pavimento e una pulizia più curata del bagno stesso non avrebbe guastato

Perfect pentru o vacanta linistita si cu acces la unele din cele mai frumoae plaje din Corfu

Gazda Mike a fost foarte prietenoasa si de ajutor. A fost un dragut! Cazarea ne a placut foarte mult, foarte spatioasa si linistita, nu am avut probleme cu apa calda, aerul conditionat functiona perfect in fiecare camera. Apartamentul arata ca in poze, in schimb exteriorul este mult mai frumos!! 😻 plus, locatia este excelenta, pe langa ca ai 3 plaje siperbe foarte aproape, cat si zona Palaiokastritsa, noi am mers si in Afianos/ Porto Timoni si la Canal d'Amor, cat si mai spre sud la plaja Glyfada (desigur cu masina inchiriata)
