Perfect location in Corfu for beach & sunshine
Easy to find and a bus stop right outside, clean and tidy and as advertised, all amenities as advertised, friendly housekeeping
After a few days the drains began to smell a little however we did experience a huge rain storm so this may have been the reason

Beautiful property with fantastic views in a great location
Fabulous location with wonderful views across the bay. The studio (No. 3 Aqua) was spotlessly clean and the decor was beautiful. It was also larger than studios we have stayed in previously with large terrace. Within a couple of days we booked again to come back in 2026.

We were living in App#4. Property has a very good location, new air conditioners in each room, kitchen equipped minimum, but it’s enough. Location is very good with perfect view at bay and just 5 minutes from nearest beach.
Only one thing that disappointed us was the family that was living in two meters from our terrace, they were too noisy and loud - 2 little kids, which constantly cried and screamed early in the morning and in the evening, when you want to enjoy the silence and the sunset…

Bed was a little hard for me plus more comfortable chairs in the apartment would have been nice.

A wonderful stay at Thalassa Studios - highly recommended!
Thalassa Studios was a gem of a find; ideally placed within easy walking distance of all Palaeokastritsa's main beaches/coves, and also its restaurants and shops, both up and down the coast.
The apartment is simple, but generally comfortable and functional - we particularly appreciated the outdoor space - a spacious balcony with sun-loungers which had sun until the evening, an intimate coffee table for morning sun, and a larger meal table under the sun-shade. The view from the balcony was stunning - we spent many hours there!
The bed was large and comfortable; sheets and towels were changed every two/three days. The bathroom was a relatively small wetroom; the shower did though have a curtain which was changed during our stay, and a lip to keep the bulk of water in the cubicle.
The staff were friendly and eager to help with any issues we had.
Finally, we loved the family of cats that shared the complex with us - they made themselves at home on the balcony at various points!
Had the weather been poor, spending lots of time in the apartment would have been a bit of a challenge - no particularly comfortable chairs - but this probably isn't an issue during the summer.
The door to the freezer compartment in trh fridge had come off, so the latter wasn't usable; this sometimes meant items stored in the door of the fridge were frozen.
Some of the advertised tv channels weren't available - though in the event, we barely watched tv.

Disappointing
I stayed in Flat No. 3 at Thalassas Studios, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The flat was in poor condition: there was visible mould on the ceiling, rust on the furniture, exposed plug sockets dangerously close to the sink, and damaged balcony furniture. The Wi-Fi stopped working after the first hour, and there were ants in the bathroom, cobwebs above the bed, and grease left on the pans in the kitchen. There were also no cleaning products provided.
The listing described the balcony as private, but in reality, it was easily accessible to other guests from neighbouring units. While the view was lovely, the lack of privacy made it difficult to enjoy. On top of that, several stray cats roamed the area, and one even urinated inside the flat through the partially open balcony door.
Due to these conditions, we decided to leave after just one night — despite having booked four — and checked into another hotel. This wasn’t what we expected or paid for, and it had a significant negative impact on our holiday.
We contacted both the owner and Booking.com to request a refund and raise our concerns. Instead of support, we were met with a threat of legal action, which we found deeply concerning. Considering we left the flat as we found it and made sure we took all of our belongings.
The company who runs this company said they tried to call and message the next day which is completely untrue, they messaged once, which we responded to and heard nothing back. Also the company decided to message me with ideas to do around the area at 4:50am on whatsapp which i think is not the best time to message guests.
This was not the quality, safety, or cleanliness advertised. I would strongly recommend reviewing other options if you’re seeking privacy or a 4-star experience — this property did not meet those expectations.

Great space, close to the strip and two minutes from the beach. Just like the whole area, you will have to walk a little bit and it is hilly!

Pleasant stay with great view from terrace and morning coffee or evening wine was awesome.
Perfect view, nice terrace, very clean, nice people. Kitchen very well equipped, even coffee maker for capsules, there was place to park car. Host offered possibility to have boat trip and provided all information, unfortunately we did not go along within time to use this possibility. There was a person waiting for us with keys, and showed us around which was nice.
The only little thing was musty smell from mattress, like it was high moisture, but I guess it is because it was close to the sea.

Convenient base for exploring Corfu!
Good location to explore Paleokastritsa! We had a nice stay here and enjoyed using Thalassa studios as our base. Parking available on site which was very convenient. Maria was very helpful and responsive to all queries!

Perfect stay
The location was perfect, and I just couldn't get over the view. Sitting on the balcony was a little paradise. A short walk to the marina, shops, beaches, and the monestry. Such a fabulous stay wish I could've stayed longer.

Superb
Check-in and out was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. The cleaning lady was lovely, she checked on us daily to see if everything was right. Beaches in Paleokastritsa are within walking distance, so it was very convenient. The view from the balcony was really nice, and the cats living there were a highlight of our stay :)

The location of the studio is amazing, it's near the beaches and comes with an amazing view over the ocean. The room is the perfect size for a couple. The bed was really comfortable and a good AC unit.

The studio was cozy and well equipped. The staffs were really kind and one can park close to the entrance. The view in the terrace is great and guests should enjoy it. Moreover, the cats around the flats were funny.

friendly and helpful staff. property was clean and in a good location not too far (10min walk) to the beach. we did a short boat tour during our stay which the host kindly arranged for us and enjoyed it a lot - saw some beaches and caves which are difficult to get to with a car. Limani is a restaurant/ taverna which was 5mins walk from the property and we had dinner there two days in a row as it was so good.

Wonderful apartment with a stunning sea view. The room is quite small but has everything for life. Big terrace with tables, chairs, and sunbeds - perfect for chilling, having breakfast, and enjoying the view. Hosts are smiley and friendly, always happy to help. The location is by the green bus station; beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and a boat rental station are within a short walking distance.
Also, we highly recommend renting a boat for a sea trip on your own. We contacted the apartment manager Fotini, she organized the trip for us and it was perfect!

The view was amazing and the main reason I booked the place and it didn't disappoint. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Really good location for checking out the area and beaches.
The bed was pretty uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my ribs, we only stayed 2 nights but it would have been bad if we stayed a week. My mate had one of the new rooms and it was much better but our view was better so trade off's I guess.

The location is 5 minutes walk to main beach and central area of Paleokastritsa, there are some stunning views over the bay from the outside terrace of the property. The stuff is helpful and welcoming.
