Szép helyen, középkategóriás hely.

Nagyon szép a kilátás, gyönyörű a környezet és a medence. A személyzet nagyon gyorsan és korrektül válaszol az üzenetekre.

Nagyon magasan van, gyalogosan nagyon fárasztó megközelíteni. Koszos volt a padló és a bútorok is. (Sajnos az ágy is.) Gyakrabban takaríthatna a személyzet. A zuhanyzó nagyon kicsi, a zuhanyfüggöny régi. A WiFi elég gyenge, leginkább nincs.

la chambre était communicante avec celle d'à côté donc on avait l'impression de vivre avec les voisins, pas d'intimité du tout, c'est vraiment dommage. Pour le ménage, il serait bien d'enlever les toiles d'araignées. Le studio est mal équipé.

Elképesztő, hogy kilépünk a teraszra, és konkrétan 3 lépés a medence. Volt sütésre-főzésre lehetőség. A kilátás az udvarról gyönyörű. Medence szuper, jó hőmérséklet, nagy is volt. A szoba és a terasz is szép volt. Tisztaság volt, az ágy kényelmes. Volt egy nagyon cuki cica is.

Egy valami, ami borzalmas volt: az a HEGY. Mi nem béreltünk autót, ha ti sem, akkor a szállást nem ajánlom, mert mi jó fizikumban vagyunk, és így is nagyon megterhelő volt.

A peaceful property with helpful staff and in a fabulous location!

The property was in our perfect location. A beautiful part of corfu, away from loud ‘riff raff,’ with stunning beaches (pebbles and sand), and friendly people everywhere. The pool was big enough to swim and play in, with enough sun beds so you aren’t having to lag out your towel and defend it with your life for the day before someone else takes it! The property staff replied within 2 minutes for every one of our requests - so very helpful. The view from the apartments is even better than in the photos. We asked for fresh towels and so we received them within the hour. We accidentally smashed a glass but that was not at all a problem. It was cleaned by the housekeeper asap. We checked out at 11am but we were welcomed to stay to use the pool and shower facilities until we left for the airport at 5pm, leaving our cases in a luggage store by the pool. There is a supermarket/ cafe located at the bottom of the hill of the property, which we went to multiple times a day for the essentials - water/ coffee/ snacks ofcourse! The shower was also really powerful and adjusted to any temperature we wanted. The aircon worked very well.

Although we had some read some reviews about the steep hill prior to our booking, we didn’t expect it to be THAT steep or high up. It takes approximately 7minutes to walk up (for a fit 20 year old who loves cardio). Although i packed two pairs of high heels for nice evening outfits, i couldn’t wear them because the hill was so steep.. so be prepared! It was a fun challenge each day though, and worked up our appetites for our next meal. You can’t leave aircon on while out of the room, but if you leave the doors shut from the balcony, the room will remain cool.

The pool and the views

El baño no tiene mampara y se sale todo el agua. No tuvimos ni toalla para los pies. La mampara estaba sucia. Tampoco había utensilios para poder limpiar. Con respecto a la cocina, tampoco había apenas utensilios para cocinar, los cajones estaban destartalados y los platos guardados en un cajón en el suelo. No pudimos cocinar y nos daba hasta asco usarlo. Tampoco había almacenaje, éramos tres y tuvimos que tener las maletas abiertas porque no había suficiente sitio donde dejar la ropa. Las camas muy cómodas y la terracita con vistas una maravilla.

Budget, no frills but clean accommodation. Lovely pool and wonderful views.

It was difficult to self cater as there were limited kitchen utensils. The only sharp knife was a bread knife which we had to use for everything. One plate between 3 people was a bit of a stretch! It wouldn’t take much to improve the experience. A bottle of water on arrival and a vending machine by the poolside would have been welcomed and better kitchen equipment.

En résumé, nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel, pourtant annoncé 4 étoiles, a été une véritable déception. Dès l’arrivée, la chambre donne une impression froide et peu accueillante, loin de ce qu’on attend d’un établissement de cette catégorie. La douche minuscule est un véritable calvaire, l’eau déborde partout, obligeant à mettre des serviettes au sol. La propreté laisse sérieusement à désirer, notamment dans le coin cuisine où l’équipement (égouttoir, bouilloire, machine à croque-monsieur) était sale et mal entretenu. La gouttière fuyait sur notre étendage, et d’autres équipements comme la serviette manquante ou la porte du congélateur cassée témoignent d’un réel manque d’entretien. Nous avons contacté la direction qui nous a clairement proposé de changer de chambre. Comme nous étions partis pour la journée, nous avons fait demi-tour pour revenir à l’hôtel et récupérer nos affaires. Au final, ils nous ont gâché une journée entière. Une fois sur place, on nous a annoncé que toutes les autres chambres restantes étaient exactement les mêmes que celle que nous occupions. Je lui ai alors demandé pourquoi elle nous avait fait revenir pour nous proposer le même type de chambre. La responsable a proposé que nous quittions l’établissement, en nous offrant de nous rembourser nos nuits, sachant très bien que c’était la haute saison et que nous étions bloqués, sans aucune autre option. Je lui ai alors demandé de quand même changer de chambre, notamment à cause de la gouttière qui fuyait sur notre étendage. C’est à ce moment-là qu’elle s’est clairement énervée, m’accusant de « chipoter ». Nous avons alors préféré mettre fin à la conversation. Pour le prix payé, c’est clairement inacceptable. Ce n’est pas du tout le niveau d’un 4 étoiles selon nous. Les seuls points positifs sont l’emplacement de l’hôtel et la jolie vue depuis le balcon.

Formidable

Les appartements sont spacieux, le personnel est adorable, la piscine est un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette résidence. La résidence surplombé Paleokastritsa c’est magnifique mais cela implique une belle côte à monter en voiture ou à pieds. Il y a de nombreuses plages à moins d’un kilomètre de la résidence. Mieux vaut prendre son courage à deux mains pour descendre et remonter à pieds car les stationnements sont inexistants en bas. Il y a aussi 2/3 supérettes et plusieurs tavernes. C’est vrai top !

Il manque un peu de matériel de cuisine.

Lovely apartment in the hills of Paleokastritsa

Spacious apartment with a tiny kitchenette and balcony with lovely views. The A/C was super quiet, beds really comfy. Location was also great – a bit of a steep walk or drive from the main road, but just the distance you needed to get away from the crowds at the end of the day. Also – we didn't think we'd need a pool, but turned out to be a great addition on a day I didn't feel well enough to wander around the island. Our host Fotini was also very lovely – she's been reachable on phone at all times, accommodating all our requests without hesitation. Thanks for having us!

The shower curtain was a bit smelly – would have preferred an alternative means of splash protection. The bathroom sink was leaking slightly, but nothing a towel beneath it couldn't solve :-)

Pleasant and enjoyable stay

We were satisfied with our stay at Fotini Studio. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and fresh towels were provided regularly. The view from the first floor was absolutely fantastic. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always available via phone or WhatsApp, which we really appreciated. The pool was in good condition, although we didn’t use it much during our stay. The shower was perhaps a bit small, but manageable. It's also worth noting that the beautiful view comes at a price – the accommodation is located uphill, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. However, parking is available for those arriving by car or renting one. There are certainly a few other areas for improvement, but they are minor and didn’t affect our overall experience, so we won’t go into detail here. All in all, a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

leuke plaats, alleen comfort kan beter.

Een zwembad aan het appartement complex. Het is een flinke stijle klim om bij het app. te komen. Als je niet van strand houd is een zwembad wel fijn. Heel mooi uitzicht.

Het comfort was slecht. het bed was kei hard en doorgelegen, je voelde de veren zitten. er zit een dun deurtje tussen met de buren, dus je kunt alles horen wat ze doen/ zeggen. de badkamer is op zich prima qua grootte maar je hebt een een hele kleine douchebak met douchegordijn, wat tegen je aankomt en dat het dus een groot waterballet word. Handdoeken worden niet iedere dag verschoond, dus kun je na afloop ook niet op de grond leggen. Ook ontbreekt er een trekker in de badkamer om het weg te trekken.

avoid the pool house rooms if you want the good view.

The pool is nice and the room was fairly modern with decent sized rooms. Maria, the property manager is also very helpful with bookings on the island such as transfers and boat hire etc. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, stove, kettle etc if you want to cook for yourself.

We booked the room thinking we had one of the apartments in the main building because there was no indication of there being other buildings here based on the photos. There is a pool house with two rooms right in front of the pool so you’re literally in front of the pool when you walk out and there’s no view of the bay from those rooms. The photos show the property itself which looks nice but it doesn’t show what you walk out to, if I had known that, I wouldn’t have booked it. Staff just replied saying it’s our fault as we booked based on the photos provided but they’re very misleading so make sure you know which room you are booking. We were also told they clean the room every 2 days (such as clean bins) but we were there for 3 Nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once. Also, I do not recommend staying here without transport, the hill is very steep and long and would be difficult to walk up without a scooter or car etc.
