About this apartment rental
Modern and cozy ocean-view villa with the pool view from the front door and ocean views from the patio! Recently renovated with plank flooring and shaker cabinets, this stylish retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and two child-sized bunks. Located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex, you're just a short walk from great shops, restaurants, and attractions—perfect for a relaxing beach getaway!
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the preferred mode of travel on Hilton Head. Rentals are available across the street, or you can call ahead and have them delivered. Bike racks are provided under the front of the building.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Short walk to the beautiful beach and close to Coligny. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

It's small. But you have the minimum of what you might need. When we go we're at the beach or out and about. So for our purposes it was perfect! The owner is responsive and friendly should a need arise!

First, the owner is very responsive and checkin/out process was super super easy. The location is very convenient to beach and shopping, and the parking is ample. The bathroom and bedroom were clean except for ceiling fan dust. The balcony has a nice view of the beach even on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked with needed plates/etc. and a small cabinet empty to put groceries. Decor is super cute.
I booked this trip originally just with one friend, but another decided to join. Since it is advertised to sleep 4 adults and 2 children we thought we’d have no issues making this work. With just two of us, it would have been enough room but the third person just made it way too cramped. The room is extremely tiny with only a small closet at the foot of the bed. It was filled with 5 gallon paint cans so difficult to keep luggage in. Not shown in pics are a long line of unusable shelves taking the space of where a table and chairs used to be. That would have been nice to have extra seating. The couch is comfy and there is a nice ottoman that turns into a bed.... which my friend intended to use but it was filthy so she ended up layering sheets we’d bought and slept on couch. All three of us had our small carryons on the floor of living room... so again it was tight.
Property manager was very responsive to an issue we had with bugs we had while we are there which I so appreciate. I am rating this a 4 bc I thought it was a bit misleading to suggest more than 2 people could comfortably stay there, and some of the cleanliness issues.
