Cozy and clean with nice updates. Great view of the beach and easy access. Chairs and wagon for beach onsite. Kerig coffee maker and lots of coffee available.
Pool toward front of complex...not beach side.

The villa is in walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and shops. The location is excellent.
The gates entering and exiting the villas. We had trouble a few times.
