Sea Side villas is a an OCEANFRONT RESORT, with swimming pool, private beach access, elevator. Short walk to everything!
One Private queen bedroom with Smart TV, and adjoining full bath. Out In the hallway, There are 2 cute built-in bunks that your kiddos will love - especially if they like SpongeBob.
In the living room there’s a comfy pull-out sofa that sleeps 2 adults.
Living Room: A nice place to relax after a great day at the beach. There’s a large Smart TV, a coffee table (with built-in cushions) to play board games or card games around the table. The sofa folds out into a bed.
Or Read your favorite book while sitting on the balcony sipping coffee… taking in the gorgeous beach view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Range, dishwasher, microwave (which is also a convection oven.)
There is also a large Breville Smart Oven/Air Fryer/Convection Oven/Toaster Oven in the closet.
Coffee Makers: there is a Single-Serve (pod) coffee maker on the counter plus a traditional ground coffee maker in the cabinet.
Stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware crockpot, baking sheets, blender, and a spice rack. We strive to have all the essentials you may need.
We provide Starter Essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, a couple trash bags, laundry and dish detergent for the beginning of your stay.
Theres a Publix on your way in ( just before Sea Pines Circle) if you need to grab anything.
We provide enough bath towels for the number of guests on your reservation. There is a laundry service across the hall for you. Please note the machines take coins only.
We do not provide pantry items. Only spices and essentials.
Owned by locals (4th generation HHI locals!) … stay where the locals stay!

EXCEPTIONAL place to stay and HIGHLY recommend!! This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT as it was super clean with a fantastic location close to the access to the beach. Great view from the balcony. Host Jessica was the ABSOLUTE BEST! She answered all of our questions before and during our stay. She checked in on us to make sure we got settled in and doing alright and let us know she was available to answer or help with anything. She offered so much in this rental from bath towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach chairs, wagon, cooler, sun umbrella, and so much more. It was the perfect size for my husband, 13 year old and myself. We have never stayed at a place where so much was already available and did not need to bring with us. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. The beach was super clean and nice. We walked to Coligny Plaza area to the shops, ice cream and food places as it was less than a 10 minute walk in mostly shade. We did go to Piggly Wiggleys grocery store at Coligny Plaza as it was the closest but was a little pricey. It beat fighting the traffic driving down to Publix and Walmart. We did try the Fishcamp restaurant for dinner which was AMAZING. I highly recommend and make sure to make reservations as it is a popular place. Also ate at Hinchey’s Chicago Bar and Grill and they had great food also. Host Jessica is TOP NOTCH and no wonder why she is a Premier Host! LOVED OUR STAY!!

Just spent four nights here. Super clean. Super quiet (on the Fourth of July!?)..Great communication. Super short walk to beach..Wonderful view! Will be back. 10 stars!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Jessica was a fabulous host with excellent and prompt communication. The room was clean and very nice. Just a short walk to the beachfront…maybe about 3 minutes or so. Beautiful view of the ocean. The balcony had a stock of beach chairs, a wagon, some sand toys, a football, etc. There are several small appliances provided in the kitchen to make your stay easier. This isn’t reflecting on Jessica since she’s not in charge of the laundry room, but I do suggest bringing your own coins for the washing machine if you plan to use it. It’s located right across the hall. The change machine is on the next floor up, but it was out of change. Thankfully, we were able to dig up enough to get one load done. We didn't rent bikes, but there’s plenty of space to park them there. We walked almost every day to the Coligny area. Not a bad walk at all. We would 100% stay here again.
