Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room and two cozy bunk beds in the hallway, ideal for small children.

Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas is a prime oceanfront property situated approximately 70 yards from the beach. You’ll also be just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza, offering a variety of shops, dining options, and entertainment.

Rental was small but nice, couldn’t beat the location. Would like to see the couch updated. Also needs a new broom. The use of combination locks is great to not have to keep up with keys. The location was the best thing about this unit.

This was our first time to Hilton Head, it was me, my husband and our 3 children age 5, 2, and 1. We all had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean. There was room for all of us to sleep and be together. The pool was great for my kiddos and the private walkway to beach was wonderful. Parking can get tricky, and there was a few things that the kitchen needed like scissors, and a few more pots and pans. The door to one of the main hall closets was taped shut but wouldn’t remain shut so we had to stick something in front of it to keep the door closed but that was no big deal. Overall the stay was great, the place was even better and we could’ve of been happier.

This condo was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed the beach every day and relaxed on the Lanai in the evenings. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We ventured the island each and everyday. My kids enjoyed the beach at night looking for all kinds of wildlife and sea creatures. The beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for our family beach vacation.

Unit needs attention to details including: loose outlets, inconvenient outlet locations in kitchen, bedside light switches hard to turn, Need new bed mattress, very worn. No TV instructions. Beach chairs and umbrella a nice bonus. Enjoyed the balcony's furniture
