Communication with Steve was excellent, replies to any questions were usually within a couple hours if not immediate. We had a few issues with the parking passes, but all was handled with great communication. Checking in was fairly easy, the lock boxes could be organized a little better, but we eventually found the right one. The unit was gorgeous, having been recently renovated. I have a few suggestions that in no way detracted from the excellent rating. All of the kitchenware could be updated. Microwave safe dinnerware, real glass cups and glasses, a matching set of cutlery instead of odds and ends, maybe a nonstick pan or two. The king size bed in the master suite was quite soft for our liking, maybe just a personal preference but the bed frame is a bit rickety and creaky. Maybe a full frame and boxspring would be better.Loved the building itself. The indoor pool and hot tub were well received, especially as the outdoor pool deck was under renovations. The location was also very good, about a 15 min walk to Coligny and a 5 min walk to the beach. Watching the sunset from the comfy deck chairs was a nightly event. Beach wagon, umbrella and chairs were a nice extra.Overall our vacation was a huge success mostly due to the excellent unit. Highly recommended, and would love to rent again.
