Everything inside the unit was nice and clean. We (along with the vehicle behind us) each had issues with the gate code we were given. With a phone call it was handled quickly. The area was nice and quiet. We had a partial ocean view from our balcony. My husband is handicapped so parking was not an issue for us, but did seem to be for other guests. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. Overall was a good experience considering it was a holiday weekend.

The pool on our side of the property was shut down for most of the week because of problems keeping it clean and the mechanicals. There were minor maintance issues in our apartment unit that quickly got resolved & communication with the rental office was very good and very prompt and appropriately responded to the few concerns that arose. We were in unit 206 which is pretty small but it was good for myself and my too children. I had two turn the bed on a different wall two allow the master bedroom two properly cool and vent. That is an awkward sized and shaped room and is difficult to maneuver in. in that unit, it would’ve been helpful to have storage up high on the outside balcony for boogie boards and towel & swimsuit hanging capabilities. Overall it was ok, but it is small. It would be nice if you offered more hangers to allow people to hang their clothing since there isn’t much storage space for the dressers.
