About this apartment rental
Stylish beach retreat with ocean views and modern Scandinavian design! This newly renovated villa is just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, new flooring, a walk-in shower, and a separate bedroom with a desk—perfect for remote work. Dine with an ocean view on the balcony or at the kitchen island. Beach chairs and two bikes included for exploring. First-floor location with easy beach access!
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Our complex is 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. beach access on the property.
Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide 2 bikes for your use.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The condo was as advertised, nice, clean, perfect, and had a beach view. Kendall even checked in after we got situated to make sure we had everything we needed! Everything was communicated superbly, and the bikes were a nice bonus to ride trails around the island. Also, the beach is awesome and just steps away! Loved it!

My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for the last 12 years. The condo is clean and location is great, close to beach. But upon arrival to Hilton Head from Ohio I had still not received check-in packet with codes to gate and condo from Kendall. I had to reach out to her when I arrived for that information. Also, did not get parking pass until the next day (Christmas) when she brought it, which concerned me because I didn't want to get car towed which has happened before when not given a pass. She did not respond for 3 hours when I asked for a pass and even offered to meet her somewhere. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, definitely needs replaced. The last 2 nights my husband and I stayed in Best Western Ocean Breeze because we could no longer sleep in the extremely hard bed.
