Beautifully renovated oceanview retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway or small family escape. Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Kendall was exceptionally responsive to our questions and continuously checked in on us to ensure we had the best stay possible. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet, but convenient location in Hilton Head.

This is a lovely property in a great location in hilton head, close to a lot of things and more importanly, beach front. We had breakfast in the balcony everyday of our stay. The host was super responsive and always attentive in case we needed anything.

My daughter and I loved our stay! The condo is exactly as pictured, the community is well kept, clean and safe. The location is perfect just steps from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kendall has thought of everything we could’ve needed from coffee and ice to beach chairs and toiletries! There was even a nice surprise of beautiful decorated cookies and snacks. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Communication was also fantastic! I’d definitely recommend renting from Kendall!
