About this apartment rental
Beautifully renovated oceanview retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway or small family escape. Enjoy a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, driftwood tile floors, stainless steel appliances, shiplap walls, and barn doors that add charm and privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make meals and has a Keurig, standard drip and french coffer press. Take in stunning views from your private balcony, relax with included beach chairs, or explore the island on two complimentary bikes. Walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment—everything you need for a memorable Hilton Head stay.
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The condo was absolutely wonderful, the patio had a clear view to the ocean with a little table and chairs outside, which we sat at every morning and watch the sunrise. It was decorated so cute and everything was so clean with all the utensils and necessities you would need. The appliances were very nice wonderful king size bed great closet with lots of hangers and shelving to unpack really nice shower with great water pressure nice big TV in the front room so close to everything. We walked to the tiki hut every night and listen to the live band and had a few cocktails. It was only about a 10 minute walk from the condo. The host candle was absolutely amazing. Returned any text I had within 10 minutes. We loved this place can’t say enough great things about it.
