About this apartment rental
Stylish, sunny, and just steps from the beach! This beautifully renovated villa features ocean views from the balcony, a sleek granite kitchen, and all-new furnishings. The kitchen includes everything needed to cook meals and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a fold-out sleeper in the living room, and cozy bunks for small children in the hall. Enjoy smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Walk to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, shops, and dining. Beach chairs and 2 bikes included for the perfect island escape!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This was a great rental! It was just the right size for my husband and I. This unit really does have a nice view of the water. Great access to the beach. The beach items supplied were in very nice condition. The walk to Coligny is a very short distance.Kendall was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions I had. Looking forward to our next trip with hopes this unit will be available.:)

Perfect location for a small family! Only thing I would mention is there are only 2 adult bikes and no kids bikes, just to be clear. There are many places to rent them though.

This condo absolutely exceeded our expectations- it was small but VERY clean and cozy- and the view of the beach from the balcony was such a delight! We had plenty of space (2 parents, 3 kids) and we loved the great pool and super short walk to the beach. The host was very communicative and the property had many creature comforts that helped put the icing on the cake of a great stay- bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of dishes and kitchen tools, etc. Highly recommend!

The first impression was claustrophobic. Walking into a narrow hallway with a wall on one side and narrow bunk beds on the other side was not a pleasant experience. Looking at the bedroom made it even worse. A queen size bed is nice, but not with 6” of space on one side and 12” on the other side. Cramped to the max! In addition to the lack of space to maneuver, the bed was so high that you could not sit on it to change clothes. So there was no place to change clothes in the bedroom. We had to put our suitcases on the lower bunk, so we had to go in the living room to change clothes. I would suggest knocking out the wall and removing the bunk beds. It is crazy to suggest this little unit can accommodate 4 adults and two children!
