About this apartment rental
Newly updated top-floor villa with panoramic west-facing ocean views — just one unit back from oceanfront! Relax to the sound of waves and watch unforgettable sunsets from your private balcony. This cozy retreat features central air (rare in the building), a queen bed in the bedroom with a flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a 50" Roku TV. Two small bunks in the hallway are perfect for kids, with a privacy door to separate the space. Enjoy fast WiFi, a full kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils, and easy access to the beach and pool. Fresh linens, towels, and bedding included.
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The condo was perfect for myself and my 2 teens. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with the host was great. We had zero issues. The location is perfect, super close walking distance to coligny beach and plaza. The condo was ready for us even before check in and the instructions were very easy to follow. We spend every night on the balcony enjoying the breeze. 10 out of 10 recommend staying here.

Quick weekend getaway before the holiday rush hit. We’ve stayed at Seaside multiple times and this unit did not disappoint. Great ocean views! Cold AC and comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen, even beach chairs. Would return!

The condo is in a fantastic location with easy parking, great views, and easy access to the beach and pool. It was extremely humid during our stay, so the condo stayed pretty humid as well. Very functional space for 2 people.
