Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this beautifully renovated 3rd-floor villa, the perfect escape for two. Enjoy an open-concept design with a plush King bed, cozy Queen sleeper, a fully equipped modern kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, and a spa-style walk-in shower. Sip coffee on your private balcony, stroll the beach just steps away, or bike to nearby shops and restaurants — beach chairs and bikes included for your adventure.
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We had a great stay at Sea Villas on Coligny Beach! The space is definitely on the smaller side, but it was absolutely perfect for just my son and me. It was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, and we were comfortable the entire trip.I noticed some reviews mentioning a smell, but honestly, that’s pretty common in the South because of the humidity, and it wasn’t anything that affected our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare simple meals, which was a nice bonus. Bikes are available but we didn’t use. Everything in walking distance no need to drive. You’re about to.5 of a mile to restaurants etc. The host is very responsive. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place in a fantastic location and don’t need a lot of extra space, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great condo! Very clean, very nicely decorated. Great location to the beach with a decent ocean view from the balcony. Short walk. We enjoyed the bikes very much. Beautiful area. Great communication with the owners.

The walk to the beach is not as long as the picture portrays. The photo is from the street not the building. The host communicated regularly. All amenities are in place. If traveling with 4 guests you will want to bring beach chairs for atleast 2. The bed and bedding was comfortable. We did not utilize the pull out. This site is at a public beach access point so the beach was crowded in the afternoons but early morning was great.
