The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. There are coin operated washers and dryers on every floor for guests during their stay.
To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.
1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building.
2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property.

We had a fantastic trip. The space was clean and great as far as location. They were also quick to respond to chats. My only complaint was that the couch was VERY noticeably broken. They were quick to respond and offered to send maintenance. We opted for them to fix this after we left. Since we weren’t going to be in the unit long, we didn’t want to have to arrange our day around maintenance coming in. It is frustrating that housekeeping would have clearly known about this issue and nothing was said to us BEFORE check in. Other than that, I recommend this space. Very convenient location and beautiful view.

This was a perfect spot for celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. We loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the ocean, We enjoyed watching the bluebirds, pelicans and saw an owl in the tree. We hope to return.

Excellent location. Easy beach access. Great ocean view. Viewed lots of birds and deer from balcony. Bed was comfortable.

Everything was as advertised, specular views, amazing location, easy check in and great access to the beach!! However, it is not the most comfortable. The AC does NOT cool the bedroom and the ceiling fan doesn’t even create air flow in that room either. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on and even more uncomfortable to try and sleep on. It feels like you are lying directly on the bars. The chairs provided are cheap camping chairs and not beach chairs at all, as well as a small umbrella. None of which are usable on the beach (definitely bring your own). When it rained it flooded the patio and it came through the front door, we had to lay towels to block the water from coming in. We have enjoyed Seaside Villas in the past on multiple occasions, however we will not chose this unit again.
