We love Sea Side. Have stayed here for the last 20 years. The bed was not very comfortable and the space was very tight. Overall we enjoyed our stay just some slight adjustments may make it more comfortable.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We stayed 5 nights at this Villa. Location is great with easy beach access and within walking distance to restaurants at Coligney Beach area. Furniture on balcony looks like it came out of a dumpster. Metal chairs rusted and plastic chairs so deteriorated from Sun that plastic powder comes off on your clothes. We used towels to sit on. Bathroom has been updated and newer appliances in kitchen. Very old area rug in living room that doesn’t look clean.
