Fun, fresh, and full of style—this oceanview condo is your perfect Hilton Head escape! Recently remodeled with a sleek kitchen featuring full-size stainless appliances and granite counters. Enjoy a bright open living space with a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV, plus a comfy queen bed and second TV in the bedroom. Best suited for a couple or couple with 2-3 kids max. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Just steps to the beach with WiFi, cable, and everything you need to relax and recharge!
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had what we needed in the kitchen. It was near the elevator for easy access but far enough from the elevator to not cause disturbance. The area was quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and walk to Coligny area from the beach.

This was a great place to stay for my wife and I as we celebrated our anniversary. Beach access was great, condo was clean and the host was super helpful. I would highly recommend this for a couple or small family that wants a place that has plenty of amenities for a beach stay.

Nice location. Decent view of Ocean. Bedroom very small; hardly any room between bed and wall. Fitted sheets for bed didn't fit well; kept slipping off. Nice balcony table and chairs. Fridge door must be pushed shut.
