The manager was exceptionally helpful. He found me a usb plug as I had forgotten mine. The security on the doors was excellent. The location was incredible, close to town, the event at Wycombe Abbey and the car park was a short walk.
I didn't realise that I had to phone to check in as I'd been at an event all day and hadn't checked my emails. However once I phoned I only had to wait a few minutes. The toilet needed descaling.

The host was very helpful & friendly. Good convenient, location, right next to the train station and town.
Clean room and we were provided with the basics that were needed.
It was generally quiet despite being next to a main road. Fortunately we were able to park at the accommodation which was very helpful & Cris guided us to the location via a phonecall.
We had to ask for another towel & mug as there was only one of each provided but they were both brought to our room promptly.
Although there was a wardrobe there were no hangers provided.
Could have done with another toilet roll being provided, as we almost ran out.

The bed was comfy.

The manager/owner was very friendly.
The room wasn’t clean.
The linen and towels were stained.
The room was tiny.
No staff on arrival, so had to phone to get access .. but the manager did arrive quickly and was very friendly.
