Location decor and staff availability
Our room had a wet bath ( no glass around the shower ) hence it got messy quickly. No hooks for towels and there was no mirror except from the bathroom. And a little more privacy on the balcony would have been nice

Location and decor!
No services, not easy to go up and down stairs with big luggage. No help at check out, no place to stay or wc after check out. But the stay was very good and pleasurable
