Great location just 1 min walk from free shuttle to Porte Messina and the central area with shops and restaurants. Amazing sea and mountain views from our balcony and breakfast terrace along the coast towards Messina. Room was clean and comfortable. Some reviews mention the road noise but we didn’t find this at all intrusive. The Villa overlooks a spaghetti like road and tunnel network so there is background vehicle noise but we were not disturbed and found the road layout very impressive. Our host Carmenlita was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and we got along despite the language differences. She was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags for a late flight and even insisted upon driving us to the bus terminal! Wonderful service and lovely breakfast.
Nothing really.
