Location, cleanliness, and service was impeccable.

The location couldn't be any better! However, since it's in the car free zone, you have to walk a little ways from the bus stop with your luggage. The view from the room was amazing of the ocean and Mt. Etna. The breakfast included was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

I would recommend a room that has the bathroom in the room vs. across the hall (we had one of each of the rooms) as there is no air conditioning in the bathroom across the hall and it got hot in the middle of the summer. There are no elevators and we were traveling with two kids and strollers so just something to keep in mind. It was not a deal breaker for us!

I love everything about this place. The host is a very kind and lovely lady who always smiles and goes out of her way to serve you. She’s a special lady. Though i only speak very little Italian, she tried her best to understand me and provide everything we need. The location is superb, I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The street going to the property is very busy since it’s near the Greek amphitheatre but once your upstairs, you have a very private and quiet space especially if you have a balcony view like us.

The location is super ideal and view is sooo spectacular it’s unreal!! What a setting to enjoy your morning coffee and evening aperitif from!! Our host Alessia was incredible so friendly and warm! We felt most welcomed!
