Magnificent apartment

Truly magnificent apartment. The view is great, it is perfectly located, it takes only a few minutes walking to the lakeside and restaurants. The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a pleassant stay. And the host is very friendly. I can really recommend this apartment.

Perfect in everyway, dont look further than this amazing apartment to enjoy the best of lake garda

The photos do not do this wonderful apartment justice, it is absolutely the best place on lake garda, this is because in torbole at the windrose apart you have 180 degree views of the lake/town/mountains and these views change every day and are exceptional you dont get this in other towns on the lake. The elevation allows for stunning lights at night, watching the windsurfers in the afternoon and watching the ferries come and go, looking over the rooftops its beautiful, there is private access via a stairway down to the village so fast and easy to go and get groceries, or go the ferry. The Lidl and coop supermarkets are an easy walk. The car parking is not at the door of the apartment building as this is a church access area but you drop off your bags and park in a dedicated parking area which is excellent due to the busy nature of the town. the distance is approx 200m max. Having multiple balconies to position yourself where ever you want to look at the view was incredible. The host Frederico was the best, gave us loads of info helped with everything we needed thank you to him we had the best week ever. We loved having a washing machine, everything is plentiful kitchen well stocked and functional, so modern so well designed with everything thought of, spotless clean, air con and hot water unreal , there is no lift however Frederico helped us on arrival and we managed on check out with the bags and while we normally avoid this type of situation as we stayed for a week it was worth 2 flights of stairs to have this amazing accomodation experience. we had a rental car but we caught the ferry to limone/malcesine coming back every day after sightseeing was something we looked forward and we walked to riva del garda not far at all and pleasant water side walk. we did not want to leave this beautiful place in italy and would love to return.

nothing to dislike , a tip would be a ceiling fan in the bedroom for the warmer periods.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay, this place truly felt like a home. Federico made check-in and check-out very easy and smooth. He also showed us how to get to the charming little town and the lake, everything was very friendly and personal. The apartment is bright, absolutely top-notch and offers a breathtaking view over the rooftops and out onto the lake. A truly lovely spot to relax and unwind. We could do our laundry, the washing machine was right next to the apartment. Everything was very clean and fresh. Coffee powder, olive oil, vinegar and spices were provided, the kitchen was really well equipped. Definitely the best view and location by the lake in Torbole. We highly recommend it and will certainly come back again. Thank you so much, Federico, for your wonderful hospitality. All the best!

Exceptional stay in the exceptional apartment

We had a fantastic stay at Wind Rose apartments. Property was very central, extremely well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped. Bedding was fresh and 5* hotel grade. Everything was in a perfect working order. Views from every window were simply amazing. 3 balconies were amazing too - for different times of the day. Frederico was a perfect host - friendly, attentive and very welcoming. He provided great local recommendations Torbole and surrounding area is a hiking paradise. From the apartment itself we visited Busatte Tempesta (to the left). To the right - we could walk to Riva del Garda (very pleasant walk along the lake) and then onto Sentiero della Ponale, which leads to countless hiking paths. Boat station was a short walk from the apartment so we could visit lots of surrounding towns We really enjoyed our time in the apartment and the surrounding area, would definitely recommend to others. Having visited Garda and Italy on many many occasions, I can say Frederico's apartment and the area were the best. We hope to be back one day soon!

Luxury, comfort and what a view!

If we could give Wind Rose 12 out of 10 we would! This apartment is beautifully done - well appointed, quality fixtures and well set up for guests. Federico has thought of everything you could possibly need. The bed and bedding is super comfortable. And let’s talk about that view - it is astounding. We could have sat and watched the view all day. Only a few minutes down to the heart of town via the garden of the apartment building and parking onsite.

Host Federico is really kind and nice. He showed and explained us everything about the apartment and surroundings. Pointed to the good place to visit and main food areas. Absolutely amazing apartment with breathtaking views.

The apartment is absolutely amazing with breathtaking views. We have travelled a lot and this has been one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Everything is newly renovated, perfectly clean and stylish. The location could not be better. The bed is super comfortable, the WiFi was extremely fast. We will surely come back to this gem.

AMAZING. This is the one of the best holiday apartment which we’ve ever stayed so far. Cleanses, facility, location and friendliness of the host, it’s equivalent to a 5 start hotel. The apartment is new and super well maintained. We usually stay in 5 star hotel internationally, and very picky when it comes to choosing hotels and especially the bathroom is one of the most important element for me. I was skeptical to stay here in the beginning as I don’t usually stay in holiday apartment during holiday. But I must say, this apartment was just over my expectation. We even canceled our 5 star hotel’s reservation in Sirmione to stay here for one extra night. The view from apartment is just magical, yet you will find yourself in the middle of the city less than 5 mins. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend you to stay here!!

Modern ausgestattetes, sauberes Apartment mit atemberaubendem Seeblick und tollem Gastgeber

Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage mit freier atemberaubender Sicht über einige Hausdächer hinweg auf den See. Sie ist sehr hell mit bodentiefen Fenstern, sämtlich mit Außenrollläden ausgestattet und hat 3! teilweise möblierte Balkone. Das Apartment ist modern ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und mit allem bestückt, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Eine Grundausstattung mit Kaffeepulver, Gewürzen, Olivenöl und Balsamico war ebenfalls vorhanden. In weniger als 5 min. ist man am Seeufer und der Innenstadt von Torbole; der Schiffsanleger ist ebenfalls in nur gut 5 min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind nahezu ideal. Federico ist ein Top-Gastgeber, hat uns nach unkomplizierter Absprache auf dem Parkplatz empfangen und alles nötige an Informationen gegeben. Auch während des Aufenthalts war er bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar und hat zwischendurch auch noch einmal aktiv nachgefragt, ob alles o.k. sei und ob wir noch etwas benötigen würden.

Auch wenn wir ganz sicher nicht zum Fernsehgucken an den Gardasee gefahren sind ... ein Angebot an deutschsprachigen TV-Kanälen wäre schon sehr wünschenswert.
